But it was my obsession with the perfect smash burger that really set this whole adventure in motion.

Now, let me tell you, getting Big T’s off the ground wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. It took a lot of elbow grease, some shameless begging, and more than a few side hustles to scrape together the cash needed to make this dream a reality. But hey, if you’re passionate about something—especially if that something is delicious, juicy burgers—you find a way, right?
